Rougher sea conditions expected at Absheron beaches
Northwesterly winds at the Absheron beaches are expected to strengthen at times on July 28 before easing and turning moderate northeasterly in the second half of the day, the National Hydrometeorological Service said.
Sea water temperatures are forecast at 26–27°C on the northern beaches of Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgah and Zagulba, and 27–28°C on the southern beaches of Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil and Shikh.
The service warned that windy conditions are expected to increase wave heights and advised beachgoers to exercise caution.
